(1) Minimum wage $10.25 /hour for a lot of stress- owner of telepoll doesn’t care about his employees. (2) No other benefits whatsoever: no commission, insurance, pension, etc. Just $10.25/hour. That’s it! (3) You have to schedule your days and times by Friday for the following week, and you don’t know if they will pick you to work the said scheduled shifts. For example, if you pick your schedule for Mon- Thurs, 4 pm – 9 pm, and they booked it, there is no way you would know if you will work. You “must” call in by 1 pm every day to know if your name is on the list of persons working a shift to begin like at 4 pm, even though you already booked and committed to it. (3)They don’t give everyone the same leads, i.e. some may get the new leads to call and some the old leads (which has been called multiple times). With the old leads, customers swore at you, hang up on you, etc. (4) They demand that you produce a certain number of interviews/hr, for example 3 interviews/hr. And whether or not you work new or old leads, you MUST produce 3 interviews/hr. Ok, I will leave you to draw your own conclusions... (4) And the bullshit doesn’t stop there. If within like 3 hours of dialing, you don’t have 9 interviews, they will SEND YOU HOME. Yes, “Go Home”. And it will go on like this every day if you don’t produce the number, whether or not you work new or old leads. All this info is factual and verifiable. If anyone doesn’t believe it, try interview telepoll employees secretly and it will confirm these facts. I have nothing to gain from this review, since I no longer work there, but to expose the injustice. Recommendation for anyone thinking of working for Telepoll: Run, run for your life!!! If you working there, find another job asap, lest you put yourself at a big disadvantage.
