If you have an option, I'd strongly suggest you pass on this firm. We dealt with them on a business deal that unfortunately didn't close, but be warned, they took over three months to bill us. If they would have billed us in a timely manner, the client would have paid the bill out of their retainer, but because they took so long to bill us and the retainer had to be returned, it came out of our pockets. When we contacted them to express our displeasure, we were informed that they had more important deals to work on and that it was basically too bad for us. I would never recommend this firm to anyone, their business practices are substandard and unprofessional!
