I signed up 2 of my dogs for the Focus class. One of my dogs is from a shelter and is always very nervous around other dogs and therefore barks a lot. Our second dog is a pitbull but she is better mannered than the shelter dog. She also barks when our other dog barks but separately she is well behaved. I wrote to Ally letting her know our situation and asked if their Focus class could help us with the behavior of our dog who is from the shelter. She wrote back to me and told me to register and that Dogzworth would help us. The first day of class, after taking our money, when no refunds were allowed, Ally told me that my dog from the shelter "won't change! 98% of people who come to the Focus class don't see a change in their dogs behavior". I am extremely unsatisfied with their training. They rushed us through the classes (and we paid the most for training as we had 2 dogs registered, not one), they gave us false information prior to registration and after taking our money they told us our dog couldn't be helped. Both, Ally and Melody were horrible to deal with. They didn't even call our dogs by their names. They referred to them as "black dog" and "grey dog". We didn't even finish the 4 week course with Dogzworth because we of how we were treated when we were at class- as a burden!!! Their class was way too big in comparison to other dog training places where I now have my dogs registered and they are making much progress because the training is far more intimate. Dogzworth is a rip-off and I have not recommended them to anyone I am in Vet school with! I will also be sure to continue to share my horrid experience with Dogzworth so that less people are scammed out of their money
