The phone number and e-mail no longer exist, the new phone has never been posted or published on line, Would not encourage anyone to rent in the condition the Bldg is in. When the writer first came here, all washer/dryers were not functioning, lighting was attrocious, kitchen sink not woeking, no drains, and water all over the floor...sewer backs up on a regular basis, rarely disinfected, and many more items to numerous to mention. It's really to bad....someone with experience could make the place quite affordable, rent to aish people, lower rents, fill the Bldg, and one could fix up the bad portions cheaply enough, but there is no ambition with Joe Caldwell thinking he is King Tut. Really a bad deal...to Bad. Bye
