They sold us a replacement phone, but the guy wouldn't give us the box, headphones, or charger. Said it was a replacement phone only. When we checked with another location, they said we should get all the peripherals with every new phone purchase ~ even if it's a replacement. All phones should come in a box. So, Neil in Selkirk ripped us off for about $50 worth of peripherals.
