THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! They have had my rings for four weeks; I dropped them off on November 10 and was told I would have them back within 10 business days, I received and email letting me know that it would not be ready until Dec 4 (far exceeding 10 business days). Dec 7 I still have not received my rings or any information on them, when I call to ask about them I never get a call back and all I hear is how it is someone else fault, when I ask to speak to a manager they are always "off" for the day. They have all the incorrect information on file for me (a phone number I never had and an address I have never lived at) and I have been telling them for 6 years to change it because none of it is correct and still they have not changed it! NEVER buy anything from them, they are liars and crooks!my wife she is very angry and upset, they got her rings to her today and they were sized wrong if they were even sized at all. We wouldn't really know as the girls who took her rings when she dropped them off never bothered to see what size she needed them sized up, they just threw the ring sizer at her and told her to find one that fit. When she asked how it should fit she was told that the one she had picked out was goo and took the sizer back. How the hell would they know if it was good if they didn't even look at what she had on. My wife and I will be writing a review anywhere we can to advise people on how horrible the service at this store is. We have also found other reviews from other people on how crappy the service is at this location so it is not just us.
