Biggest disappointment: Zero stars should be the score but it is one star minimum here. Do not deal with that guy unless you have a lot of time to waste. I have hired Brian to design a house because there was some structural engineering work to do as well; it took 3 months for him to start; after 9.5 months I had to fire him because he had not finished the job. I asked him for the work he had done and offered him some money but he did not even bother answering my email. I had many meetings at his office when was not even there but did not bother to let me know. I had to hire someone else to get the job done from scratch all over again and it took 2.5 months.
