They made so many mistakes from start to finish and would not own up to any of them. The owner is old and slow and terrible at customer service. When I'd ask questions or tell him what his staff told me he dismissed it and called me a liar, only to later have multiple of his staff members admit to their mistakes in front of him. There is a rude and crass ghetto lady there named Donna who actually got in my face pointing and yelling like she wanted to fight me. I have never been treated this poorly before or lied to so blatantly from a business. They misquoted me and wanted to charge me 5X the amount quoted! Never once did they indicate to me a price change, price was never discussed again after my initial call to them before starting their services. After arguing with them for 2 weeks that I was only willing to pay the higher end of the price I was quoted up front, they finally agreed to let me pay that amount but also said I should have known better that the price they quoted me was too low. I had told them when I first called inquiring and then again when I dropped off my receipts that I was a brand new home business and had never done this before so how could I have known what their price would be? When I went in to the office to pay and sign off to get my taxes filed all of a sudden my tax refund was reduced by $1000, the exact amount that they wanted to charge me and I had refused to pay. When I called them out of this and asked what happened to the extra $1000 refund I was told I was getting 2 weeks ago they called me a liar. I immediately called their staff member who I had been working with for a month to completecmy taxestand who went over the refund amount with me in oepers. She confirmed over speaker phone to them the original amount that she told me had been $1000 higher, but Dave and his team still denied it and said they never changed anything. This is when ghetto Donna stepped up into my face, demanded I get off the phone with her staff and said I wasn't allowed to speak with her, even though I had been dealing with her staff member directly for a whole month. When I asked who she was and why she was yelling at me, as I had never spoken or dealt with Donna before, she got even more in my face yelling, calling me a liar again, and waving her finger in my face. The owner Dave just stood there the whole time and did nothing about it, even when I looked to him for help with fear and being appalled at her behaviour and asked him why he was allowing her to speak to me like this. He looked away and said nothing. This company never returned my phone calls for days after they say they would, and this happened multiple times. I interacted with 5 different people in this office, 2 made huge mistakes and the other 2 were so rude and insulting me when THEY were in the wrong, with ghetto Donna trying to fight me. I strongly advise against this company, like literally RUN!! They are rude, liars and crooks. Worst experience of my life.
