I had a scan here at the beginning of November. The premises had no internet connection, so no 'live viewing' was possible. There is no video on demand, despite what is advertised on the website. The USB I was provided did not work and since I live in Rural Saskatchewan, it has been over 3 weeks with no replacement disc. The company happily takes your money, but the service delivered is far below par.
