I have trichotillomania and was in there shop and was sold a wig that I later found out was a fashion wig not meant for everyday use. I contacted them regarding the issue and the customer service was very poor. They refuse to accept blame on the wig they sold me and will not do a refund. They offered and exchange only after being very rude with me. I am very disappointed. My insurance company helped pay for the wig which was suppose to be for medical reasons and everyday use. I would not recommend this shop to others.
