Coming from a background in Martial arts, in which I haven't done in years I wanted something new that would not only bring back that side of me but also gave me a challenging work out. At ILKB Vaughan that is exactly what I am getting! The improvements I see and feel are happening really quickly and I am loving it. Doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at from none whatsoever to excellent I can assure you this place is made for everyone. Oh and not too mention the instructors are kick-ass!!! 5 stars no doubt.
