This LUXury Retirement place is a ruthless and abusive in dealing with its employees: No food provided to them (unless purchased at a high ticketed price), over 51 employees are stacked in a: 12 X 5 feet rest room for taking their breaks, with a: 4 X 5 feet locker room contains over over 100 mini-boxed lockers not enough to hold your back and clothing, ONLY 1 single washroom available for all employees, no wonder if you see them lining up to get their turn, washroom is also a uniform change room! so figure out the frustration with every shift start and end, this makes it necessary to show up 20 minutes before schedules and leave 20 minutes too towards end of your shift!
The job to most is ruthless: Abusive management, very low salaries (start hourly rate is $ 11.00, slightly $ .25 over the Minimum wage, No benefits at all.
