I had USB that was not working (malfunction or not recognized) after my two year old kick it while he was play around me and the USB was in my laptop. I called FileRetrieval.ca and brought my bad USB to their office for assessment. Not only were they able to retrieve all of the data I had lost but were very kind and their customer service was impeccable!! An excellent experience all around!
