Nothing like having an appliance emergency, being told they will show up SAME DAY, and then having them dodging phone calls when they don't show up.
(waited more than 1 hour after the latest time THEY said they would arrive to call them, they sent that call and later attempted calls to voicemail after, WHICH WAS FULL)
it is also obvious that it was sent manually to voicemail due to the fact that it rang random numbers of times before going to voicemail
So in short: If you want a company that promises to appear, does not, and then won't answer the phone.. pick this company.
As a business owner myself I find their conduct to be completely unprofessional.
