AWFUL!!!!!!! Sent flowers to my mother for mothers day. They didn't deliver them to her on mothers day. Blamed her for not answering her phone when she did and she was told "they'd be on the next truck load" They didn't show up. So I called the next day and they said they could be delivered that day. My mother received them and they looked AWFUL and nothing like the picture. There was debris in the bottom and just looked awful. When my mother called to ask for a refund they blamed the terrible quality of flowers on my mother for them not being delivered on mothers day and on me because it wasn't "An $80-$100 bouquet" AKA calling me a cheapskate, The lady my mother talked to was extremely rude and say I absolutely would NOT be getting a refund. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to spend $100 because that's apparently the only way you'll get a nice arrangement.
