I walked out crying within 5 minutes of my consult (and I'm not generally a crier, as I've never cried at a dentist before)
Dr. Saper was beyond rude to me. He cut me off while describing my pain, rolled his eyes at me when I said the assistant needed to bring my daughter back into the room, and was generally arrogant and lacked empathy. (When I booked my appointment, the receptionist said I didn't need to worry about finding child care for my 15 month old because she would be fine on my lap during the consult- other than for X-rays. Dr. Saper made an assistant remove her from not just my lap, but the room, causing undue stress to myself and my daughter) Had I known his attitude, I would have found child care. Either way, his rudeness was completely uncalled for and I'd rather not have a dentist who lacks so much bedside manner touching me.
