I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere before. The owner was very rude to me and after he had initially told me he could do the repair that I was requesting, 2 days later he refused to do it and pushed the sandals back across the counter at me and told me he didn't want to do it. He then proceeded to walk into the back room and left me standing at the counter dumbfounded. I will never set foot back in this store again and I will certainly let everybody I know about the rude and poor customer service I received at this store.
