My wife and I went in to exchange an item we had just purchased for store credit. We wanted to return the item and buy something different of greater value. The owner snapped at us that there were no returns. We explained that we just wanted the store credit to buy another item and she said absolutely not, she does not do store credit. When we pointed to her sign, she just dismissed us and said well not for this item. We had already had rude service from her when we had been in the first time, which we ignored, this time we told her that her store and it's policies were ridiculous! She told us to get out, and then charged at us, as we were walking out and whipped my wife in the neck with the costume she was holding! We got very angry with her, and then she decided to hurl insults at us!! Needless to say DO NOT ever go to this store the old lady is one of the worst people I have had the misfortune to deal with!
