This place is amazing! Great workout, great staff, and great people. The classes are intense but work for all levels of fitness. You are punching and kicking full bags and are taught proper technique. It is not just aerobics or for weight loss; you will also get stronger and have more stamina. You really learn how to kick butt while losing yours. The instructors are very nice and motivating and the owner, Linda, is awesome. She loves her job and it shows. Plus you get FREE boxing gloves! Just a warning, the first 10 minutes (the warm-up) is a killer. But it gets easier the more you go, which says something.
