Terrible. Negative billing, improper countertop and sink installation resulted in blistering and lifting and owner does not honour contractual guarantee. He refuses to come to see the problem or make restitution. He never followed up on job site during installation. We have lodged a complaint with the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and The Better Business Bureau.
