They were very efficient and nice. They walked us through everything when I bought the computer and were very willing to answer any question.
My power supply caught on fire yesterday through no fault of theirs. I took it in at 10am today and have it back and working by 1pm. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who is serious about computing. 5 stars
