If there were a "0" star option, I would use that instead. Your branches never have enough tellers--and even when there are enough, and with a long line of customers waiting-the tellers ignore them. Your "free chequing" accounts aren't free. You charge exorbitant rates for the cheques themselves. Your employees are arrogant and rude. I would never recommend using your credit union.
