Ordered flower arrangement from them to be delivered on Friday. However, they could not deliver for that day due to a database glitch, whatever that means? Accepted delivery for next day with delivery fee waived. Flowers did arrive next day and looked fine. The next day though, they were starting to dry out and droop. E-mailed them and explained this to them, but received absolutely no response or credit for the delivery fee. Flowers continue to deteriorate only after 5 days from delivery date. Would not order from them again or recommend them to anyone! Extremely disappointed, as these were for my wife's 50th Birthday!
