Company description
Our inaugural village is growing as expert organisations continue to join us in helping at-risk youth and their families/caregivers. We begin our healing centred approaches through an in-take anaylsis pinpointing the individualised supports needed by each individual youth, followed by connecting them with our Village of multi-disciplinary experts they may benefit from, case file follow up, specialised app designed for youth self-care, including learning about neurophysiological communication that we all experience, learning to read individual reactions and how to better navigate life with skills like tracing their own internal messages and activations, connected communication approaches (conscious and nonverbal), as well as others as they better handle conflict and communication through The Xperynce, followed by PMAST’s courses in the conflict communication and healthy communication approaches for families. While other Village experts support, teach, listen, and help in their individualised realms as we all work towards wrap around assistance for as many at-risk youth as possible. Together we can continue making a difference.
Our Village Partners come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. With different ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, ideologies, abilities, and experiences, youth and their family/caregiver members benefit from learning about themselves as individuals, their individual family culture and enthnic backgrounds while also learning about the beautiful diversity our World has, and just how directly connected every human being is. Honouring our differences, connecting on our similarities, while learning to build and grow community one individual at a time.
With several different community elders and leaders from different cultures, grounding connection to our environment, and activities that get youth and their family/caregiver members out moving together can help find healthy nourishment to support further connected learning while working on healthy healing. Building legacy right before our eyes. `
