Yogarise is a boutique yoga studio nestled in the heart of Parkland County serving the communities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Spring Lake and surrounding areas. Yoga is more than a physical practice, it is a journey that will take you to the center of your truth and to your optimal wellness in body, mind and soul. Our collective of heart-centered teachers offer yoga and meditation classes, self-inquiry seminars, workshops and pro tips for the beginner to seasoned practitioner. All are welcome! Our approach fosters awareness and wellness hand in hand from the inside-out.
