It is climate controlled and has more than 1,600 secure self storage units in various sizes ranging from compact, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ to larger 10′ x 20′ garage-sized storage units.
It is easily accessible to the Downtown core (corner of Eastern and Booth) one block north of Lakeshore Blvd, Eastern Ave and three blocks east of Broadview Avenue intersection. The facility has a large customer service area with free coffee and Wi-Fi throughout the building as well as an ‘on the go’ meeting centre for customers to plan their day and make phone calls.
