During our research, we heard the same message; the hospitability industry wants to break free from the costly online travel agencies and commissions, manage the sales cycle, own the customer relationship, fill empty spaces, and find new revenue channels. We also became acutely aware of the financial dynamics at play in the industry and that to succeed, we must find tangible ways to help increase our customers' top line revenue, maximize ROI and optimize the guest experience while driving brand awareness and loyalty through new and repeat business.
