Classical Pilates in the style of Romana Kryzanowska is the foundation for the classes we teach here at Tone Pilates in Vancouver BC. Led by our head instructor, Oliver Giving, we offer a nurturing and positive environment for you to improve your physical health and find new ways to expand your overall wellbeing through the powerful physical fitness techniques of Pilates. Not only can we help you to gain strength, balance, and poise but you will learn to be calmer, breathe better, and improve your physical function in just about every activity you partake in during your daily life. From work to recreational activities, you can improve the way your body performs.

Tone Pilates is the first company in Vancouver to offer the power of Pilates in a mobile format, meaning that we bring the studio to you so no matter where you are we can setup a class, teach, clean up and go. At home, in the office, at a park on a sunny day or just about anywhere that it's practical for us to teach a class, we can do it! Mat classes, reformer classes, and chair classes in the classical style are what you can expect from us, and if you have no idea what that means fear not because part of our program is to teach our students the ins and outs of pilates and help you understand the foundations from the ground up.

Pilates can help you to improve your balance, coordination, physical strength, breathing habits, movement, and the overall way you use your body each and every day. Pilates will teach you to expand your awareness of your posture and movement as well as teaching you pilates exercises that will improve and strengthen your core physical foundation so you can continue to build your health and well being throughout your entire life.
