First of all - do not use this company! Even if they are the last roofing company on earth do not use them. You are better off tearing your shingles down yourself and covering your roof in plastic tarp. This company is dishonest, sloppy, dirty, unprofessional, rude, and are destructive to property that they damage doing their work that they do not repair. They do not care about customer service and do not return telephone calls. They care nothing except for getting the job, getting paid and moving on. They leave a path of destruction. Do your research on South West Roofing through the BBB and your neighbours. Do not simply read their testimonials on their website but really do your research and find out what people really think and are afraid to say. There are several closed BBB files on this company - try to get to the root of the files. Call the BBB and talk to them. These days many homeowners like myself are elderly and are simply afraid complain to the BBB for fear of retaliation from a company. This is likely the case with this company. They are notorious for giving dishonest quotes and by this I mean they give one price to one household and another price to another household. This pricing is not based on the work but what South West can squeeze out of the homeowner. There are many more roofing companies out there. Take your time and do your research and find a good one.
