My sister had her Wedding at this establishment and it was a complete disaster!! The restaurant booked a second party on the day of her wedding, when we were told that we were the only ones that day. We were told if there was not a party the day before we would be allowed to set up. We were told the day before my sister’s wedding that we were not allowed to set up and that they had booked another event the same day. Absolutely unacceptable!! It's a wedding not a joke and we were made to feel so unimportant. Just another money investment! The day before we had to bring all our stuff in and we were told to trust them and they would make it look nice?? As the bridesmaid I arrived to greet guests to the wedding that started at five. NOTHING WAS READY!! The tables were without cutlery, menus, center pieces and even napkins. Everyone was running scrambling around and throwing things together. It was a complete disaster! Guest had arrived and were watching the restaurant set up! The excuse was that the party before stayed late?? We were reassured that they would ask people to leave and they would have at least two hours to set up! This is the exact reason to NOT put a party before a wedding!!?? When I spoke to the owner she dismissed my concerns and told me not to complain! Pardon me!!? The owner! No apology nothing. Not even an explanation. The daughter told me we were early and shouldn't have come till five?? What wedding do you know that people don't come early? Absolutely embarrassing! The table clothes were just thrown on and were uneven, kids menus on wrong tables, gifts to the children not set up and half were hidden in a box, food came out staggered where one person at the table had food and five did not, food was cold, no water to the tables until we asked, food took forever, the tables were not set up accordingly and people were sitting chair to chair. We had one server for 80 people when we were told we would have four!
As a brides maid I was helping to set up because I was so embarrassed!! On top of everything I was told to leave until they were done? We already put our trust in you and Sotiris let us down!! I would not recommend this place at all!! I will never go to this establishment again and I will tell everyone I know the same thing. My family is completely embarrassed and they ruined my sister wedding reception!!! Do not trust in this restaurant for your special day!
