If I could give a 0 I would! I have been calling their technical support for at least a week and a half still I had to call again today about having NO PICTURE told to keep TV on that was maybe 2 hours ago still NO PICTURE!!!!!!!! Really tired of this nonsense!!!! I will wait a little longer & call back again very frustrating to be sure.
