In my experience, Mr. Rogers was absolutely clueless dealing with family law. He refused to follow direct directions, did not respond to opposing council, we went to court three times, (at my expense) only to find out that the dates were previously cancelled. He didn't bother to check, or knew the dates were cancelled and just wanted to bill for wasted time. 2 years later, no results despite numerous guarentees. I would NOT recommend this lawyer

My only advice is to look for another lawyer. I do not know what field he is actually qualified to work in but he completely mislead me claiming to know what he was doing and his billing is questionable at best. It took another lawyer a lot of time and money on my behalf to fix his mistakes. This man is a walking malpractice suit and it would be just deserved. P.S. make sure you read your retainer for what he is responcible to provide for you and this goes for any lawyer you deal with. Make sure to check many lawyers and don't fall for the sweet talkers. You will read a similar complaint just before this site and they are from diferent posters.
