Warranty:
All our Electric bikes are made from durable frames & all parts supplied from genuine brands. Each bike comes with a 12-month warranty against defects from the manufacturer. However, the warranty does not cover mechanical parts that are damaged as a result of using the product, including tires, brakes, gears, and pedals.
Shipping:
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days once your order is placed. You can track the shipment soon after placing the order to get it at your doorstep. Expected delivery date will be available on the courier tracking page. Purolator and Loomis Express are our main couriers for ground shipping service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
