I offer psychological counselling to individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues at home or at work, chronic pain, loss and transition. I believe in your natural healing abilities and will support you to heal your current problem and give you tools to be healthier and happier in your life. My approach is genuine and caring, including body awareness, integrating mind and heart.
I also offer personal and executive coaching, and classes in developing inner knowing through intuition and dream recall.
