Featuring twin towers of 92 and 82 storeys perched on two 6-storey stepped podiums with a proposed 1949 dwelling units, the project will address the rising demand for condominium living and add a new feather to Toronto’s skyline. Among the 1949 residential units, Mirvish Gehry Condos will comprise 215 bachelor units, 935 single bedroom units, 566 two-bedroom units and 233 three-bedroom units. Besides this, the towers will house 9957 square meters of retail space and 23,326 square meters of office space. A total of 670 proposed parking spaces with six levels of underground parking and eight loading docks will be present on the premises.
