ordered a screen a week ago still have no reply. and still waiting. i think they don't have a technicians they send it else where to fix then put their own fees on top

Shocking. Please do not take your phone to these guys. They mucked us around for months and months. We had to send the phone back two extra times to get it fixed. Each time they said they would pay for the courier. Turns out the cant fix the phone and have now said they wont pay for the courier. They never replied to emails, we constantly had to chase them down. Worst customer service experience we have ever dealt with. We were so patient and understanding with them but they constantly took advantage of us. Again, DO NOT trust these guys. Quick update. We just received the phone back and it is not our phone! The phone we sent back had water damage and they have now sent a phone back with a cracked front and back screen, home button looks like it has been used for a long time and they have sent a charger that looks like it is years old. The phone we sent was only two weeks old. These guys are true con artists. They have SO many bad reviews on FB and I see they have now removed the review section on their FB page.

Took my phone in there thinking it wasnt charging. When i got home it turned out that it was the charger that was broken. I went back in and asked for my phone as i wanted to test it out on a new charger at home. They said it was dismantled and id have to come back again. So i went back after they had called me and told me it would be $100 to fix my phone and i told them not to fix it as i would just pick it up so i could test it. The phone had 50% charge instead of the 0% i left it there with. They never rang me to say theres nothing wrong with my phone and they were happy to take $100 off me for literally nothing.

Simple amazing service. I had issue with I phone and was fixed in no time . I did vist few other store where I had to waste time and money . I thank you guys . really appreciate .

24hr turn around to recover what they could from a dead hard drive and charged the lesser of the 2 possible quotes. Also had time to explain new technology. Thank you.

Great survive. quick and simple ordering system and great help over the phone. cheap prices over all stock. could not recommenced more. will definitely be using them again when ordering pc parts!

Great service, needed a new build after my laptop failed, went in at 5:30pm on Saturday, they helped spec out what I needed based on requirements and had it ready by midday on Sunday; and it runs like a dream. Very competitive pricing as well against online component prices considering they put it together and get it running for you in less than 24 hours.

They were very efficient and nice. They walked us through everything when I bought the computer and were very willing to answer any question. My power supply caught on fire yesterday through no fault of theirs. I took it in at 10am today and have it back and working by 1pm. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who is serious about computing. 5 stars

I researched the graphics card I wanted and found it in stock at Maas Computers. I called into the shop to make the purchase and the service was first class; friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Will be using MAAS Computers again in the future. Thank you

Kudus to this place , Bought a laptop which fullfilled my need. The Sales Rep was Good enough to help me understand what product I actually needed then wanted . I was ready to spend more , but Sales guy guided me Good product at less price. Thank you .

Never deal with this store. They sold my wife a crappy S4, it was overpriced and in horrible condition. I tried to take it back and they refused, it was their sales policy (sold it cash, no receipt, yeah right!). They tried to sell me a Note4 for 575 when they are going for 400-425 elsewhere. Now I have a shitty phone for one of my kids.......never buy from these cheats.

This store is a cheat. Never ever deal with them. They post fake adds on kijiji call in in their store. Once you are there; they will tell you that the computer they advertised is no more in stock and they will force you to buy something else. They lie big time to bring people in their store so that they can rip them off. On top of that they are very very abusive and disrespectful.
