Loretta currently lives on Lake Ontario in southeast Oakville with her husband, Ron. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren. Their eldest daughter, Kimberly Phinney, joined the real estate team in 2003 and her husband Case Feenstra in 2016. Her son, Michael Phinney, joined the team in 2012 and his wife Anna Phinney is also on the team as well as includes 15 additional Sales Representatives who are important members of the family.
