We can discuss whatever you issues are of that day or week- whether the issues are personal growth, dating, relationship issues, intimacy Issues, destructive behaviours, relationships, exes, work, family, friends, loneliness, shyness, behaviour changes, etc. It?s totally up to you what we discuss. I am here to connect, listen, support you and your strengths, and challenge unhealthy patterns. I am passionate about helping you to create positive life changes and patterns.
