Lab Health is a local business serving Victoria and greater Victoria area. We are situated in the heart of Vic West inside of GoodLife Fitness. The gym environment allows us to offer superior rehabilitation and exercise analysis and prescription. We offer Physiotherapy, Kinesiology and Registered Massage Therapy services.
We are open to the public. Our approach is one-on-one with tailored assessments and treatments to your specific goals. We spend the whole appointment focused on your injury needs. We are not treating multiple people at once.
Physiotherapy is a holistic approach to healthy lifestyle optimization. We can help with acute injuries, pain management, chronic/reoccurring injuries, prevention and rehabilitation. We aim to maximize your mobility and function, as well as, promote independence with overall health and wellness. We also can offer acupuncture and IMS/Dry Needling for improving musculoskeletal function (ie. Arthritis, back/neck pain, ligament sprain, muscle strain, etc.) In addition, we can assess and treat vertigo and dizziness disorders. Vertigo can be debilitating, don’t let it run your life!
Kinesiology can help you reach your exercising goals, get back to work after car accident or workplace injury and help with chronic pain management.
