I experienced the blue 'Smurf' dye the first time when I thought I would wash my vehicle myself. This time I thought I would go through the automated wash...bigger mistake! My truck was actually dirtier after the wash! I did attempt to contact them...3 days later still haven't heard from them. Now I'm boycotting them on social media, join me.
