The Jaconello Wellness Centre for Intergative and Anti-Aging Medicine is a hub for total overall wellness. The purpose of our organization is to improve the health of the population through education and the application of nutritional medicine, to help the individual move into a state of more optimal health.
A healthy body is important in the development and attainment of goals in all spheres of life. The attainment of physical health is only a stepping stone to bigger and better spiritual and mental achievements, which is what this clinic’s purpose is about – the removal of physical barriers to promote a fuller life.
The clinic is dedicated to an application of nutritional medicine and the individually tailored health programs. The clinic focuses on Integrative Medicine – a discipline that addresses both the illness and the disease – as a means to treat individuals.
The now independent clinic was founded by Dr. Jaconello in 1979. The centre’s goals, in summary, are to assess and evaluate the specific requirements of patients to meet their unique needs; to implement a tailored treatment program that satisfies these requirements; to follow up and maintain positive health changes once implemented, and address any problems that may occur. The goal is to give individuals the means and wherewithal to improve their ill health by use of diet, supplements, herbs, intravenous therapies and detoxification techniques.
A very specific treatment plans for new patients based upon extensive testing performed at the clinic’s lab, and a lengthy interview with the patient. Other health professionals assist in the execution of the treatment plans. The services are delivered by Medical Doctor, Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Naturopath, Homeopath, Nutritionist and Environmental Counsellor. The Centre accommodates ozone therapy in downtown Toronto.
We offer introductory lectures and seminars for those who are considering healthy solutions, nutrition and Integrative Medicine.

- Underground parking is available to patients at 33 Isabella Street apartment building. The cost is $6.00 a day. This is right around the corner from 615 Yonge Street. Several other parking places and street parking around the area are available at different prices that vary from $8.00 to $12.00 a day or $1.75 – $3.00 per half an hour.
