JacóBay Premium Residential Condominium consist of two 10-story towers built within a gated residential complex with four other towers built 9 years ago. The original project, developed by Z Group and consisting of 7 well-built, though not as luxurious, towers, was halted after completion of the fourth tower.
Several years ago, seeing the residential complex’s potential, SICSA (Soluciones Arquitéctonicas, Ingeniería y Construcciones S.A.) took over, renaming the project for the remaining two towers to JacóBay Premium Residential Condominium and upgrading the quality of the designs and finishes.
Located in the central Pacific coastal city of Jacó, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, an hour and a half away by highway from the capital city of San José, the apartments in Tower I are sold out, with apartments available in Tower II.
