This law office is very irresponsible and its employees are very irrespecutful to their customers. I purchased a condo last year through this office. They have not sent my information as the new owner to the city and also they did not send me the notification they received from the seller lawyer. Therefore, after couple of months when I received a letter from the seller lawyer, I realized this fault and when I contacted the Stephen Shub office, they rudly replied me and did not accept their responsibility. Because of their faults, I should pay penalty and interest to the city. Mr. Stephen Shub, himself, even rudely talked to me over the phone and hanged out the call without letting me to explain the problem correctly. They just want to get money form you and give you no correct service, take no responsibility for their wrong task and very irrespecutful to their clients.
