If there's a worse realtor in Victoria, I don't know how it would be possible. Did not do any of the marketing he said he would do. One open house that lasted just over an hour. Absolutely no communication afterward. When I contacted him to ask why I hadn't heard anything, I was told that if I didn't hear anything that nothing was happening! When I confronted Guy about his lack of "everything" - he got defensive, said the reason it wasn't selling was because the price was too high (never once mentioned this before in almost 3 months) - and proceed to verbally abuse me over the phone. Luckily my wife was on the other phone and heard everything - otherwise no one would believe a realtor could be so rude to someone he WAS WORKING FOR. Cancelled the listing and went with another realtor - house sold within a couple of weeks. Save yourself a world of headaches and avoid Guy Effler like the plague that he is! A horrible realtor and worse human being.
