Presently our therapists have training in therapeutic, relaxation, pre and post natal massage & chair massage as well as reflexology and techniques from Energy Balancing & Hanna Kroeger, Myofashial techniques, trigger point therapy, hydro therapy, deep tissue massage, PNF stretches & mobilizations.
