Based out of Goderich, the Signal Star is a weekly tabloid publication providing newsworthy events for over 8,000 residents. The Signal Star is owned by Postmedia and currently has a circulation of 2,700 print subscriptions. The Signal Star is also a leading digital news source in Huron County and Ontario. The current editor for the Signal Star is Kathleen Smith, who has been with the publication since early 2017. As a conglomerate of a series of Postmedia owned newspapers, the Signal Star shares articles with other Postmedia publications such as Clinton News Record, Huron Expositor, Exeter Times-Advance and London Free Press.
