Express Condos is a new condo development coming soon by Wilson Subway Station by Malibu Investments Inc. The project is proposed to have three towers comprising of around 651 units in total. It will consist of 39 three-bedroom units, 177 two-bedroom units, 414 one-bedroom units, and 21 bachelor units. According to the developer’s plan, Phase 1 will be a single 16-storey tower residential building located on the south side, while Phase 2 will have twin towers comprising of 16-storey and 13-storey tower respectively on the north side.
