Jim brought in a couple of doors with finish imperfections at obscure parts of the edges, not visible when looking at the cabinetry. Because we are a small shop with tight schedule we weren't able to get them refinished for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, Jim chose to vent online when we weren't able to get them done in a timely manner. A recently retired government worker with no woodworking background, he had no understanding of the skill, workmanship, and dedication required to design, build and install his small but fully customized kitchen. This job occurred several years ago and I don't recall scratched glass, but if there were scratches in the glass we would have replaced it. I'm disappointed Jim chose to slander my brother Chris' workmanship. Chris was meticulous in his installs and likely the most experienced installer in town.
