- Dewshi Law assists licensees in front of the Licence Appeal Tribunal who face revocation, refusal, or refusal to renew a registration of their Salesperson/Dealer Licence by OMVIC. OMVIC will issue an proposal to revoke, refuse, or refuse to renew a registration. The recipient of the proposal has the right to appeal the decision within 15 days of receiving the proposal. Failure to do so with result in the revocation and/or refusal of Salesperson and Dealer Licence.
