Knowing how stressful the mortgage process can be, especially to first-time home-buyers, I pride myself on making the experience as seamless and easy as possible. I want to inform my clients about their real estate potential and help them plan for their future. I can assist first time home-buyers, rentals, construction, B lending, 2nd mortgages, debt consolidation, renewals, mortgages for stated income; self-employed; new to Canada; non-resident and divorce/seperated.
